As per Greek laws and Coastguard regulations (it’s the same as passenger ships…), we will need everyone’s Name, Surname, Passport number, Gender, Nationality, date of birth and a contact telephone number in case of emergency. Get everything ready and check your email. A reminder email with the form link must arrive. Check the spam folder if you don’t get it soon.

After you fill in the information of all the persons in your group, click the submit button to finish. The form will automatically be emailed to us.
Please help us deal with Greek Bureaucracy and make sure you have filled out the form as soon as possible!!!
Make sure you have filled the form by 14:00 at least 2 days before the trip or as soon as possible!!!
