Thank you for booking a trip with us.
As per Greek laws and Coastguard regulations, the same to passenger ships, we will need everyone’s Name, Surname, Passport number, Gender, Nationality, date of birth and a contact telephone number in case of emergency. Please fill out the following form to give us all the needed information.

After you fill in the information of all the persons in your group, click the submit button to finish. The form will automatically be emailed to us. And let us know that you filled it.
Please help us and make sure you have filled the form by 14:00 at least 2 days before the trip or as soon as possible!!!
